im 16 and looking for a basic day-course in food preparation. by food preparation, i refere to the way a butcher or fishmonger can prepare the food... e.g to gut, fillet a fish or to cut portions from a chicken etc i am looking for this course in england (or wales) preferably in or near the towns listed below... wolverhampton kidderminster worcester leominster shrewsbury birmingham or any where located ruraly inbetween thease areas. please note, if you know where i could do such a course but not sure where it is located or if traviling is within distance could you please say the website where i could find more sorry for poor spelling... read more
